Part of the “30 Days of Alabama” series. Sizes include the original size at 11×14, as well as 8×10, 9×12, 12×16, and 15×20. This portrait is a charcoal piece depicting an osprey with different elements of Dauphin Island, Alabama protruding out of the image. Sand Island lighthouse, redfish, schooling mullet, and a speckled trout are hidden within the work.
This work was created using charcoal 100 lb Stratmore Drawing paper. The original is a black and white, color was added post production for prints through digital editing.
Prints are printed on Premium Giclee Paper, which is a thick, high-quality paper that is almost indistinguishable from the original work.
Print Paper: All prints are printed professionally on Premium Giclee Paper. It is a thick (21-mil) heavy weight (310g) paper. It has a natural-white, matte finish with a textured watercolor feel. Images of the work is printed at 300 pixels per inch to ensure a high quality and high-resolution print that is indistinguishable from the original.
